ADMISSION POLICY & PROCEDURES FOR TCS
The following are the admission procedures for enrolling at TCS.

Application forms and agreements must be completed, signed and returned with application fee. Registration fee is nonrefundable unless TCS denies a student’s admission. Forms needed to be completed include; New Student Application for Admission, Student/Family Enrollment Information, Parent/Guardian Statement of Support, Medical History and Authorization, FACTS Tuition Agreement Form, and TCS Financial Policy. Priority enrollment for existing families begins Monday, March 3rd. Open enrollment for families new to TCS on Monday, March 17th. K5 – Must be 5 on or before September 1st. • Last two years of report cards or preschool progress reports. • Standardized Test Scores (last two years). • Individual Education Plan (IEP), 504 Accommodation Plan for ADD/ADHD, or any Interview with Admissions Representative Upon completion of student/family interview, a letter of acceptance or notification of denied application will be received. |

Due to uniqueness of our ministry, transfer students for grades 6 – 8 will not be considered for enrollment after the first week of the third quarter unless such a transfer is the result of a move applicable, before student acceptance is granted. discontinue the enrollment of a student for their inability to support the moral principles of the |
